Q: How do I make an appointment?



A: Making an appointment is fast and easy. Call or Text us at 877-761-TRUE (8783) and/or email us at trueheartcounseling@gmail.com and one of our staff members will be able to assist you. Remember, if you are emailing us, please indicate what type of services you are seeking.



Q: What should I expect on my first visit to True Heart?



A: Because we pride ourselves on our customer service, you will feel a warm and welcoming environment as soon as you walk in. You will be handled with care. Your first visit will consist of completing necessary paperwork and determining your level of care. Please be sure to bring a picture ID and service fee on your first visit.



Q: Do you take health insurance? 



A: We only accept Tricare Insurance. However, we do complete insurance reimbursement forms on your behalf.  Please contact your insurance provider for the appropriate forms.  You will find our fees to be low to accommodate all income levels. We do have a sliding scale fee for all clients meeting that criteria.



Q: How do I pay for services? 



A: Our office accepts payments via Cash App, Venmo and Postal Money Orders. For security reasons, we do not take payments over the phone. We do not accept personal checks. Since we provide services for State and Federal Agencies, we will send them an billing invoice for any client services upon their request. Our Payment Method is list below:
