Q: What should I expect on my first visit to True Heart?
A: Because we pride ourselves on our customer service, you will feel a warm and welcoming environment as soon as you walk in. You will be handled with care. Your first visit will consist of completing necessary paperwork and determining your level of care. Please be sure to bring a picture ID and service fee on your first visit.
Q: Do you take health insurance?
A: Unfortunately, we do not accept Insurance. However, we do complete insurance reimbursement forms on your behalf. Please contact your insurance provider for the appropriate forms. You will find our fees to be low to accommodate all income levels.
Q: How do I pay for services?
A: Our office accepts cash and postal money orders. We do not accept personal checks or credit cards unless issued by another service provider or insurance company.
